MEET THE AUTHOR

Sheena Delaine was born in Winston-Salem, NC but was raised all over because She was a military brat which means she travelled the world.  Sheena is an Entrepreneur, Award winning radio personality tv co host, Public Speaker, and a mentor. She is a mother of two wonderful kids, a motivator, encourager, and loves the Lord.    Sheena was married for 8 years but went through a terrible divorce. It appeared that she had it altogether but in reality she was suffering from hurt, shame, and disappointments.  Sometimes God makes you experience heartaches or pain to teach life lessons. Her divorce was life changing and it helped her grow mentally and spiritually. Although going through a divorce was hard for Sheena, she never lost her faith  and trusted God through the process.     Sheena is constantly inspiring men and women to help them become the best version of themselves. She is someone that builds people up instead of tearing them down. She is someone that will listen and pray for people, someone who cares, someone to push people, empowering them so they can move forward into the life that God has for them. 

Being a mother is something that inspires me. I love being a mom.  My children keep me focused and there is nothing like a mother's love. 

Throughout my life experiences God was there guiding me and covering me. It has not always been easy in my life but I have learned more than some will ever know.
